Problems Faced:

The project initially had only a single coat of paint, which was of a rather dark shade. The nature and colour of the existing paint gave the building an old look, which prompted the developers to reach out to Berger Paints India Limited for better options.

The big challenge here was to wrap up the entire painting process, across 15 towers, within a 2-month timeframe in the most cost-effective manner.

Additionally, Berger Paints India Limited also ensured the constant availability of material which meant there was no shortage in supply. We completed the project within the prescribed time frame and delivered 15 swanky-looking towers in January 2023.
