Problems Faced:

The developers got in touch with Berger Paints India Limited for a repainting of the project, but had four main concerns:

• The project had an internal grouting seepage issue, which needed to be rectified at the earliest
• The developers wanted the site to be completed within a 6 month time frame
• There was a lot of vehicular movement and footfall within the society, so the repainting project had to be executed with proper safety and precaution
• The developers wanted a matte finish on the buildings

Solution offered:

The project came with a host of challenges, but Berger Paints India Limited completed it efficiently. We first conducted an Epoxy Tile Grout sampling process and then trained the developers’ internal team to execute the process in each flat's bathroom. This took care of the seepage issue effectively.

Secondly, we appointed two supervisors to handle the traffic of the society. The supervisors directed traffic as necessary and ensured the entire project went smoothly while paying utmost attention to the safety and precautionary measures we had in place.

Furthermore, Berger Paints India Limited provided the WC Champ with a matte finish, which enhanced the building’s appeal and gave it a rich aesthetic look. We completed the project well within the 6-month time frame with ease.
